As co-founder and Managing Partner at NosTerra Venture Capital, Theo focuses on innovation at the intersection of data centers and energy. His professional background includes a broad range of go-to-market functions, including strategy & operations, product and growth marketing, and channel management, gained through roles at early- stage startups, SunPower Corporation, and Google. Theo is inspired and driven by the ability of great teams to use the speed and power of business to help solve our world’s biggest challenges. His biggest motivators are the people in his life, especially his wife and three children. He earned a BA in Earth and Planetary Sciences from Harvard University, and holds an MBA and a MS in Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan.
