I am also the Professor of Electrochemistry and Electrochemical Technology and a Royal Society University Research Fellow in the School of Chemistry at the University of Glasgow. At the University, my main research interests are in developing new electrochemical processes and electrochemical technology for the more sustainable production of fuels and key chemical feedstocks. I am a founder and chief scientific officer at Clyde Hydrogen Systems, a spin-out from my research lab that is developing a new generation of decoupled electrolyzers for converting renewable electricity into green hydrogen.
