Carla Weinpahl is a seasoned professional with an extensive career spanning over three decades in the eld of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS). Her vast experience encompasses managing EHS risks and opportunities for multinational corporations across the globe, showcasing her expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and organizational structures. Currently, Carla holds a pivotal role as the Global Lead of Strategy, Innovation, and Enablement for the Google EHS team. In this capacity, she spearheads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive EHS excellence throughout the organization. Her responsibilities include fostering a culture of innovation, identifying and implementing cuing-edge EHS technologies and practices, and empowering Google's workforce to proactively manage EHS risks. Carla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Bualo and a Masters in Environmental Engineering from New York University.
